Randy Hetke started with Dome Construction Ltd. in 1973. Randy was not only born and raised in Moose Jaw but remains living in Moose Jaw. Randy started out on small equipment such as bobcats and packers until years later when Tractor/Trailers were purchased. Randy became certified to become a truck driver with a Class 1A license. Randy specializes not only in truck driving but as a heavy equipment operator. He has has many years experience with a Front-end Loader as well as with a Bobcat Loader. Randy also over sees all maintenance on the Tandem trucks and Semi Units. In his spare time, Randy attends our WHL games and shows his pride for the Moose Jaw Warriors. |

Sandra Hetke joined Dome Construction Ltd. in 1982. Sandra was born and raised in Moose Jaw and continues to reside in the city. As a office manager, Sandra over sees all office duties. Receptionist, bookkeeping, accounting, advertising and promoting business is what keeps her busy as well as delegating daily operations. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys golfing in the summer months as well as bike riding. The joys of her life are Jaxon and Tucker, who ride along every where. Tails wagging, these dogs are high on life and enjoy meeting customers, salesmen and visitors all week long at work. A newer enjoyment for the past 3 years is the learning and training of a quarter horse, Ditto. |

Terry Hetke began with Dome Construction Ltd. in 1975. Terry took it upon himself to become a Heavy Equipment operator after acquiring his Class 1A license. He now operates the Front-end loader as well as the Terex Scraper, dozer, grader. During summer months Terry can be found either on equipment or out of town operating the Screening plant. Terry's pride is his wife Lori and his children Morgan and Jordan. The next generation ... ? When school is out, Jordan reports to work at Dome Construction Ltd. Jordan is found in the gravel pit either cleaning around the stockpiles using the bobcat or helping his dad with odd jobs. | |
